In 2024, we released over 200 updates to our software—that’s one new feature or enhancement every single business day! This year was all about empowering moving companies with smarter tools, faster workflows, and better customer experiences.

1. AI Sales Copilot

Imagine a sales assistant who never misses a detail. Enter AI Sales Copilot, our new standalone tool designed to transform your sales process.

• Automatically records, transcribes, timestamps, and summarizes every sales call.
• Drafts follow-ups instantly, saving you hours of manual work.
• Fully integrates with your CRM (Supermove or Smartmoving) and works seamlessly with any phone system.

2. Enhanced Automations

Supermove’s automation capabilities allows moving companies to get tasks completed without manual effort, especially across the entire sales process. 

Now there are even more actions and triggers to our automation suite, enabling you to:

• Automate lead follow-ups via email and text
• Send virtual walkthroughs
• Automate quote and crew reminders via email and text
• Automatically assign office and crew staff
• Send upsell follow-ups via email and text
• Celebrate move anniversaries with automated check-ins

3. Rich Text Document Editor

Documents in Supermove just got a major upgrade with the addition of rich text editing capabilities. Now, you can fully customize your documents to make them more polished and professional.

With the new Rich Text Document Editor, you can:

• Change font styles, sizes, and colors.
• Apply bold, italic, underline, and strikethrough formatting.
• Add links and highlight text with background colors.
• Use bullet points or numbered lists for better organization.
• Adjust text alignment and clear styles as needed.

4. Mobile & Tablet Optimization

The power of Supermove is now fully mobile. 

Whether you’re managing calendars, projects, or invoices, you can do it all from your phone or tablet. Work from anywhere with a seamless mobile experience that adapts to your workflow.

5. Timesheets 2.0

Managing payroll just got a whole lot easier. With our updated Timesheets feature, you can now:

• Record individual payroll times per mover.
• Edit entries faster than ever before.

Standard Timesheet Log a single set of hours for the entire move. Office users can view, add, or edit logged hours via the Office App for efficient time tracking.

Per Position Timesheet Perfect for commercial moves, this feature lets you log different hours for various positions, offering added flexibility.

Crew Hours Block This new tool in the Office App allows office users to:

• Add time for one or more movers.
• View and edit individual movers’ timesheets. Movers can also log payroll hours directly through the Crew App. Billing timesheets (solid blocks) are customer-facing, while crew hours (dotted blocks) are for internal payroll.

6. Smarter Billing Features

Our new billing tools make it easier than ever to:

• Set automated rate recommendations based on weight, move size, and more.
• Offer custom payment methods and fees.

Intuitive Bill Item Editing

Easily edit individual bill items directly in Supermove, with a streamlined experience accessible on both desktop and mobile.

Enhanced Billing Block

On the project page, each bill item now has an edit button. Clicking it opens the Edit Bill Item view, simplifying modifications.

Edit Bill Item Features

• Fields for Details: Update the name, quantity (min/max), and amount. Disabled fields indicate formula-based values, now with clear variable references.
• Live Preview: Adjust variables, quantity, or amount fields to instantly see the total update, enabling quick and accurate edits.

These features ensure businesses can manage billing with precision, transparency, and real-time flexibility.

7. Zillow Integration

Addresses in Supermove now link directly to Zillow, providing:

• Home value and neighborhood insights.
• Listing details like rental vs. owned properties.

8. Enhanced QuickBooks Integration

Our improved QuickBooks integration gives you greater control over financial data, including:

• Client, product, and service mapping.
• Sales tax setup and management.

Key Enhancements:

• Simplified Linking: Directly link Supermove Bill Items to QuickBooks Products & Services within Supermove—no more manual CSV imports or exports.
• Per Position Mapping: Assign unique QuickBooks Products & Services to per position bill items, supporting complex billing needs.
• Organized Bill Items: Bill items are now grouped into subcategories (Fees, Discounts, Supplies) for easier navigation and management.
• Customer Mapping: Link your existing QuickBooks customers to Supermove clients so that invoices are linked up automatically.
• Accounting Item Overview: Easily view and manage bill item links within integration settings, with quick access to individual settings.

9. Tip Distribution

Rewarding your team has never been easier. Now you can:

• Flexible Distribution: Allocate tips across movers working on different jobs within the same project.
• Fee-Free Tips: Ensure 100% of tips go directly to your team.

Updated Features:

• Billing → Tips:
  • View a single total tip amount for the entire project.
  • Use Add Tip to edit and redistribute tips per job.
• Tip Payouts:
  • New Tip Payouts block under Crew Hours displays tips distributed to movers by job.
  • Tips are auto-allocated to movers upon job completion in the Crew App.
• Edit Tip Payouts:
  • Adjust tips for individual movers without exceeding the total tip amount.
  • Updates reflect in the Crew Hours payroll report.

10. New Sales Report Library

We have now launched the new Reports Library, which allows companies to browse through our library of reports using their own company data. This feature makes reports self-serve, enabling customers to find and add reports on their own without having to contact our team.

Our expanded Reports Library helps you dive deeper into your business performance with:

• Sales reports like Bookings Summary and Proposals Summary.
• Revenue reports by job, referral source, and truck (coming Dec/Jan).
