This summer, the Supermove team had the pleasure of visiting our valued customer, Square Cow Moovers, at their Austin headquarters. They have built an incredible team—so much so that their culture and excitement for the industry were truly moo-ving and infectious. We got to see firsthand what makes this company the cream of the crop in the moving industry.

But it was clear that they are more than just a moving company—they’re a family. Their commitment to “Honoring the Craft of Moving” shines through in every aspect of their business. We witnessed how their values of respect, integrity, and care guide their interactions with both customers and employees.

The first thing you notice when you see their trucks or walk into their office is the effort they put into their brand. They started with their name and incorporated it into their lingo, signage, trucks, training—everywhere you look. When you invest time and resources into building a brand that stands out, it becomes an obvious differentiator in a competitive market.

We picked up a lot of their catchy phrases throughout the office, which you’ll see in this article.

Not only did their trucks stand out with their branding, but they were also extremely clean. Square Cow makes it their mission to maintain this cleanliness in every single truck and even throughout their office space. Everything was spick and span, organized, and welcoming.

They achieve this with their “Finish Strong” motto. After every move, the crews clean up the truck, making it ready for the next job.

When you’re in the business of moving people’s lives and belongings, you hold a lot of responsibility—and Square Cow takes this seriously. They run their operation with a guiding principle that’s no bull—the IRP policy (Inspect it, Respect it, and Protect it). During our visit, we saw how this policy isn’t just some cud to chew on—it’s the backbone of how they operate, ensuring that every item is taken care of with the utmost care and integrity.

Honesty is Their Best Policy

Square Cow operates on the belief that when a customer hires them and lets them into their home, there is an inherent level of trust. They reciprocate that trust in their sales process. They have a “no deposits” policy when you book because they, too, lead with trust.

Even their pricing model is straightforward, and they list all the fees they will never include on their website. It’s a simple process from start to finish. From the top down, honesty is a value, not an afterthought.

Pack it Right the First Time

Overall we had a great time. The Square Cow team challenged us to a packing game and tested whether our packed items would break or stay protected when thrown over the balcony.

We learned our lesson: “when it’s wrapped, it’s right”.
